You can't let silly little spats get blown out of proportion today -- peace must be maintained, no matter how much you have to compromise to make it happen. A particularly combative person has been kicking up a lot of dust, but they won't be the rabble rouser today. So don't assume you know how things are going to be. Just stay on your toes and keep an eye out for someone to start trying to get everyone onboard the boo-hoo-I-hate-my-job bus. Make suggestions and soon everyone will be happy again.
